1994 Jaguar XJS 6.0L V12 Coupe 1 of 242 Super Rare Car! Best Color Combo!
Vehicle Description

1994 Jaguar XJS Leather

Super RARE Car!!! Only 242 6.0L V12 Coupe were produced WORLDWIDE in 1994. This car is HIGHLY Collectible!
The V12 package in 1994 to 1996 included special items that the 4.0L Inline 6 did not. There were very few options. Seats are a special leather and 'Rouched' (pleated) and have the Jaguar Leaper Logo on the headrest. The door panels are completely leather, and do not have carpet on the bottoms of them. MSRP sticker for the V12 was just over $70,000 (compared to $50k for the L6). Not to mention the advertised 308Hp (vs 236 in the L6). It is quick, but extremely smooth! Styling is very similar to the Jaguar XJRS, and the car is almost as fast. The 6.0L V12 has all the benefits from Ford's ownership and has corrected all the problems of earlier 5.3L V12 engines: fuel rails that direct fit to injectors (no more engine fires), improved intake, improved ECU, but best of all: forged steel internals and competition oil cooler. Jaguar kept these 'bulletproof' performance upgrades until some time in 1995, when some compromises happened. This engine is the BEST V12 that Jaguar ever produced.
This is a special car, and has the Best Color and Most Desirable Color combo of Black exterior with Creme interior. 4 speed Auto is a Heavy Duty GM sourced 4L80e, and the rear axle ratio is 3.54 with outboard rear brakes!
V12 cars stand out with the rear spoiler, gold side Jaguar 'Leapers' and V12 logos on the decklid.
This car sports Jaguar XJR Asteroid 18" wheels that have been refurbished and Powder-coated and have New tires in 235/45/18 Front and 245/45/18 Rear. And, the correct Jaguar wheel spacers (expensive Euro Brand) that puts the front wheels out just far enough to be able to put a Jaguar Growler Wheel Center Cap on. If you prefer the stock 16" rims, I can switch them.
Many repairs recently done. It is incredibly reliable, starts right up, runs cool (even in AZ 104 plus heat) and has recently been on a 700 plus mile trip, just to get the cobwebs out. The wood trim and the steering wheel are the nicest I have ever seen!
Full disclosure: this car has some scratches and door dings in the paint and clear coat fade on the roof. The chrome finisher above the front bumper is bent, and I would replace the seat bottoms and the carpet. The check engine light is on, and I have sourced the problem as breaks in the Emissions Charcoal Canister line. I have new line and, just in case, also sourced a low mileage Charcoal Canister.
If I were to keep the car, I would paint the chrome front and rear bumper finishers to give it the 1992 Euro XJRS look.
